Bryan Ehrenholm of Modesto, California, won professional Best in Show in 2011, out of 142 entries, with Engagement Ring Pie. The pie also won the Royal Wedding category, in which professionals created a pie for the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. The APC offered a Royal Wedding category again in 2018. In 2012 he won the professional Raisin category with “Raisin” the Roof Pie, listed from Riverbank, California.

In his entry description, Ehrenholm set English walnuts and dates on a meringue crust, topped with blueberries and ringed with whipped cream and diamond dust. No published recipe has been located.
