Lemon cookies and coconut cookies are processed to crumbs with butter and sugar for the crust. The filling combines cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, whole eggs and yolks with a can of Duncan Hines Comstock/Wilderness Lemon Pie Filling. The garnish is sweetened whipped cream with the remaining lemon filling.
